Student athletes have hectic schedules and have to make sure they are managing their time wisely. If their grades start to drop, they can’t play the sport they love because the student has to come before the athlete.

With November here and the cold air making its way back, the burnout of students at UMF is starting to rise. Students have worked tirelessly for the past two months on classes and other responsibilities.

Despite its grand arsenal of tools and machinery, the makerspace at the University of Maine at Farmington remains much quieter than many hoped for it to be when it was first put together.

As all of the University of Maine at Farmington has been informed, there was a mass shooting in Lewiston, Maine on Wednesday night. Between a bowling alley and a bar, 18 people were killed and at least 13 more were injured.

On November 17 the Table Gaming Club is hosting its once-a-semester event Gamefest. Gamefest is a large campus-wide event where the TGC brings tabletop games of various types from its inventory and allows the campus community to use them.
